To start of, we will never get our car serviced here again, even though it means loosing the powertrain warranty. There is absolutely no excuse for terrible customer service and lazy employees that take over 40 minutes to do an oil change. Today my husband and I came in for an oil change. My husband scheduled the oil change on the 15th of April.. It was set for 6 PM on 22 April. Granted, we did arrive early 5:20 PM, but we didn't get to drive out of the Service area until 6:40 PM. Nathan was exceptional and had great knowledge of Nissan in general. He was extremely helpful and made sure we knew all of the ins and outs of the vehicle before we left. I would recommend anyone who is interested in a new vehicle to go to the dealership and work with Nathan!
