My roof began leaking before a year was even up. He charged me $1,800 to "fix" it and it began leaking again 9 days short of a year. He has not responded to any of my messages (you get a recording) or e-mails. The leak is going to get worse, especially since it is snowing like crazy. You can see in the photo where the ceiling has a hole in it from the leak. I just filed a complaint with MD DLLR. Roof Still Leaks – I paid Matt Carrol to fix a leak in my roof. He charged me $1400.00. He wanted $1600.00 but came down to $1400.00. I asked him why it is so expensive and he said labor. I later found out that he has no employees. He is a one man show. He came out to fix the leak and he told me that he replaced a piece of flashing, hammered down the middle strip and caulked.
