I contacted the dealer about a new sorento. I was contacted back by them and they were very responsive to my questions. It was price very well. When I sent my trade info over(I was considering home delivery) I got a call back from Andrew. He stated that since this unit was already deeply discounted they could only give me so much for my trade($5,000 below book value). You could start by not having your finance officer lie to people!! He told us our bank wouldn’t finance the jeep we bought from you so he signed us up with Huntington bank which had higher interest and a finance charge on top of everything! Come to find out Ifcu will finance it at a lower interest rate!! Do you get a kick back by steering people to an out of town bank ?
