Don’t know where to start This’s my 4th car from Matt KIA and every time I felt good about the place this time I felt super. Thanks to Sergio & everyone at Matt KIA. Sergio is great guy & very professional. He help me test drive every Kia model till I felt very comfortable with my decision. For the whole time Sergio’s smile never left his face. Hi, I want to let you know that I went to Matt Blatt Kia last week and I had a great time. I met a great guy named Sergio. He did all in his power for my friend Jose to get his new vehicle. I am so surprised how Sergio did it possible for my friend to get his car. I will tell everybody I know about him. If anyone needs a vehicle, Sergio is the one to contact.
A few months ago I bought a 2018 Kia Forte from here. My salesman was Sergio. He made the experience fun. He wasn't pushy when it came to the purchase, he listened to us about how much we want to spend, and he made recommendations on what car they have. So if you are interested go see him. Sergio will surely help you out.

My review is based solely on my experience in the service department. I made an appointment for recall work for Saturday August 18 at 10am and was told it would take 2 hours at most. I arrived at about 9:50, was greeted by a very friendly young lady, who as it turns out was the only pleasant part of the day. My car was taken right back, I added windshield wiper blades to the appt and they offered to replace a battery in my fob. At this time I was told it would be about 2-2 1/2 hours, no big deal. RecommendedEnvironment: Walking in to this Kia was refreshingly shocking! Right away, I noticed a strong family work environment.
