What a great car buying experience! My son's first car purchase and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Bill LaRose & the entire staff gets an A++ rating. This wasn't the first time I've dealt w/ Matt Blatt & it won't be the last time either.

I bought a brand new Kia Optima from this dealer and the entire experience was a pleasure. I have to say I always dread dealing with car dealerships but this dealer has changed my whole outlook. Specifically the salesperson John who was patient and very helpful, but even all the way up to the manager. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable and dealt with me and all my indecisiveness. Thank you I love my new car!
I got a 09 malibu in November and although they replaced the flex pipe, the transmission went beginning of February and now the check engine light is on and computer reads that the computer to car may be going, which part alone is $300-400, or the sensor to exhaust and not to mention the flex pipe that they supposedly ordered new and fixed, needs to be replaced AGAIN. So even though the customer service was great, that was only to get me to buy car. I haven't had my car a year yet...
I visited Matt Blatt KIA on June 16, 2016.. Wow.. So happy I did.. I leased a 2016 KIA Forte.. I was met by Mark "Moose" Broadwater, who took the most amazing care of us.. I can honestly say not only did I get a new car I gained many friends..they worked hard to get an affordable payment for me. That was greatly appreciated.. I would like to thank Moose, Melissa, Matt, Rob and Harvey, they honestly went far and beyond what I expected.. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.. I'll be back!!
Love our Kia's and our sales person Santino Varano was a great big help.
Nice people but the place like most are full of it and only worried about thier pockets.Would reccomend any dealer besides them.
