I loved my experience at MBK!! John Scharff was very helpful, listened, knew what I was looking for...even though it took a couple visits for me to narrow down to the right vehicle, John followed up and provided good info. Everyone at the dealership was personable and not pushy or scripted. One sales person even gave me Cheez Its (white cheddar!) and I absolutely looove my Kia Soul!!! 😊😍🚙💗😎
Previous to today, I have always had a pleasant experience with your dealership. I brought my vehicle in to be serviced today and was told 2 hours it would be completed. I am still sitting here 5 hours later� I understand things take time, no one has come over with any updates info anything. I have gone up to the desk several times to see if it's almost done. This place is such an eye opener. The easy of buying a car/truck without having the feeling of being ripped off. They offer their lowest price the first time with no bs. The sales team is the best from the owner (Matt) down to the delivery of the car. Tom and Rob are the best managers I ever dealt with in a car dealership. The old man in financing made it a breeze!! You can't go wrong buying your next new or used car/truck here..!

Everyone was friendly and the service was timely. The waiting area was great, even during renovations. I will definitely be coming back.
