Very impressed with the way the service waiting area has been redone. Besides thinking of everything and anything to make you comfortable, they even have waiting area designed for children. Service Reps are awesome. Service Area and waiting room is beautiful and clean and my car is always serviced in a timely manner. This alone would make me buy another KIA from this dealership.
This is the 2nd vehicle I bought from them, Suzette makes it so easy and hassle free it's actually enjoyable to go but a vehicle from her. Suzette doesn't stop there she sends you emails and text messages to make sure you are doing well and having no problems with your vehicle. Didn't have a good experience with the service department on my last visit but Suzette is still trying to make it right. I will buy all of my vehicles from her!

I don't even know where to begin! Suzette was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful in the process of leasing our new kia sorento. I cannot say enough great things about her-my husband and I are so very thankful we had her to guide us through this experience as it was our first time getting a car from a dealership.
