My Car buying experience was nothing but pleasure. My guy Gregory was able to get me in a brand new 2025 with no problems.
A pleasant experience I personally had at Matt Blatt jeep on Bartram Avenue in Philadelphia my service manager Tommy who there to assist me with my Jeep Grand Cherokee problem was expanded to me what was covered under warranty . Tommy took care of it from start to finish . Tommy in my opinion was professional , pleasant, understanding my problem . He handled my repair in a professional matter .Tommy is a real asset to the company and I also wish to thank the tech who did the the repair . Totally satisfied thanks guys.
I came in for a recall at 8:30 in the morning and didn’t get my car back until 5 PM. When I finally got it, it had 22 more miles on it. Nobody told me a damn thing. I asked what the hell happened, and they hit me with Oh, it was for a battery test.Are you serious? A battery test does not need 22 miles. I never gave y’all permission to drive my car like that.
