Great Customer Service from the Service Advisor, but I had to return 3x’s for an issue that should have been resolved with the first visit! Too much of my time spent waiting for repair of the same or related issues!
Nothing was done when there is clearly an issue. Now my vehicle has to be serviced elsewhere.
Poor customer service
Extremely frustrated my dreams of owning a SRT have been shattered. Due to repeated issues I had to return the vehicle. I was told I purchased the extended warranty I could use that to get it fixed. Why would I do that when I was promised a pristine vehicle. The vehicle blew a headlight bulb the first day and had steering issue. They did several alignments on the vehicle.
