I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Matt Blatt Ram's service department. It was honestly the worst I've had with any dealership. I had my vehicle towed in and it sat on their lot for over a week without anyone even looking at it. Initially they told me they were too busy to look at it on Friday, which I was understanding about. When I'm just looking for a bulb for my 10 year old Jeep Wrangler in their parts department. The gentleman behind the counter found the bulb and gave it to me at no charge. Because of this when I'm ready to trade in my Jeep I will definitely go to them.
