We have now bought 2 homes with Matt Berrang and currently in the process of selling 1 and we have nothing but great things to say about him! He’s thorough, responsive, honest, transparent, and incredibly easy to work with. He has always promptly helped to alleviate any issues that have arisen. We had an awesome experience with Matt. In a difficult market, he found a buyer within 30 days, and we closed within 30 days after that for the price we were looking for from the time we listed the property for sale. Matt got us very reasonable bids from a plumber, electrician, and HVAC guy to complete the repairs necessary to close and then supervised their work. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better realtor. Thanks for everything Matt.
