I used The Berrang Team, Matt Berrang, to both buy my existing home and sell my elderly father's home. Both times, Matt impressed me with his patience, knowledge, and desire to do what's right. He is quick to respond and very forthcoming. When I first set out to buy a home over 2 years ago, I had trouble finding a reliable agent. A co-worker of my daughter recommended Matt. All I can say is he has a lifetime client and I will ALWAYS recommend him above anyone else.
Matt is the best Real Estate professional I had the pleasure to ever deal with. He is very attentive, responsible, has a great knowledge. He always looks out for his buyers/sellers and gives his 100% best at all times. He is available 24/7 and never rests until everyone is happy and the deal is done. This is our 2nd purchase and 1st sale with him and his team. Lisa helped out as well and happened to be as great as Matt.

He didn’t promise us something just to get us to sign on the dotted line, he was very truthful as he answered the many questions that we had.
