Well, he's not bad to look at. He listens good. Gives sound advise.
Dr Austin didn’t seem concerned about my health concerns. He acted as if I was over reacting to my symptoms, even though I told him I’m not the type that runs to the dr with every ache/pain; that I knew there was something seriously wrong. I was having trouble walking. He treated me with condescension & would do a few labs & say come back in 3-6 months. I asked him twice to see a neurologist & he acted as if I was ridiculous. I definitely would highly recommend Dr. Mathew Austin to everyone who needs a very good, caring, professional and pleasant physician. He is a wonderful doctor and a good listener. I love him!
I have had several appointments with Dr. Austin. He is a good listener and asks the right questions. He took the time to find the cheapest prescription price for me which I really appreciate.

Dr. Austin was pleasant, attentive, and did not hurry but carefully reviewed my health history and asked questions that enabled me to more completely verbalize my concerns. I am a new patient and am extremely happy with the care and concern of Dr. Austin. He reminds me of the old-time Doctor who truly cares about his patients. Very happy and would highly recommend him. His nurse was also kind and caring and I was called in about 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time!
We were very happy to find Dr Austin was taking new patients after we learned our family doctor suddenly retired. He is very friendly, an attentive listener, answers your questions with brief but thorough explanations. He describes any prescriptions/treatments that may be needed. Dr Austin reminds me of the type of Health care our family doctors provided years ago.
Ii highly recommend this caring, listening and explaining physician. He respects you as a person, not a statistic, and gives medical suggestions after clarifying all questions. His bedside manner is kind, his demeanor professional.
