The Colorado Matrix office used to have great staff and a highly ethical mindset. That changed when Ed Morrison left. Those left in charge changed the culture of the office for the worse and were, at times, dishonest with customers and staff. Matrix went from a great place to work to a daily struggle. They began laying off all of their older, most experienced workers and, in one case, a staff member who had been going to work every day following early morning cancer treatments.
Matrix is an excellent company providing a variety of engineering services to its customers. The employees are dedicated to finding the best and most innovative solutions to the problems they are presented with and hold themselves to the highest standards.

With a high level of commitment and dedication, employees at Matrix do a very good job of finding the best and most direct solution to problem.
