Exceptional customer service and very skillful team at Matrix plumbing. They arrived on time and gave us a call when in front of our home. We would utilize matrix for all future plumbing needs.
Very pleased with their service. Our Home Warranty sent them to us. It is so easy to work with them, you get a text saying who is coming and that he is en route. I had Ian come by and fix my plumbing issue in no time. No problems at all. Very professional! Will definitely use again!

these guys were great and there price are very reasonable i will recommend them to all my friends i received a notification on my phone they were on there way when they showed up they placed shoe covers on there feet witch made me very pleased the guy who was at my house was very nice and showed me what was wrong told me how much it would be before doing any work like i said great company
Worst experience ever. 1st appt on a Thursday. The tech informed me of the issue. Finally reached them again the following Wednesday and they informed me the part was ordered on Monday. 8 days later on Friday they told me they were still looking for the part. No honesty in this company
