After placing the order for DonJoy Iceman 3 at $225.00, I found it on other sites for less. Contacted Matrix Orthopaedic and they indicated they do not price match and customers are certainly welcome to purchase from other sites. Ok, live and learn. However, I stand corrected as the representative reached out to me pointing out that the price I saw did not include the pad, or warranty (from 3 party seller), or convenience of having the unit delivered to the hospital so that it was ready to be used immediately after surgery. ... read more
