I have been trying to get in touch with them for the last few months again for the last few years before they contact me back. This time I got Brittany to call me back and she said they would be here within the week because my electric wheelchair has a wobbly wheel. They still haven’t made it but they did charge my insurance company for repairs I have not had done yet. I can’t find another company close to me at all.
Thay keep billing my insurance for battery every 6 month battery chargers tires and wheels seats I have never gotten any of these things for my scooter there stealing money from your insurance after you buy from them and you can never get them on the phone
