Just had the guys at Matrix work on my '05 S4. Hands down, the best customer service I've experienced. A big thanks to Bryan Farley for going far and above typical service standards - by picking up and delivering my car personally. Previous service calls were first rate in every way, but this last touch of customer care sealed it. If you only want the best for your auto-baby, take her to Matrix.

Everything about them was just right, from the initial courteous and helpful conversation to the pick up, when promised. I would certainly go back to them. Great to have them in the neighborhood.

Incredibly knowledgable and friendly group of folks over at Matrix! Sent my 996 in to replace the notorious rear main seal and IMS issues. Was in and out in a couple of days! While on the lift Matrix, they were very good at relaying to me any other issues they came across, which ones were major, minor, and recommended actions, all without trying to force me into anything or make me feel like they were merely trying to squeeze a bit more cash out of me (as some shops can do). I was introduced to Matrix Integrated Inc. by my collegiate best friend. They had ensured the alignment on his 911 Carrera was just right to preserve tire wear and make driving a great experience. They completed the same alignment work for my Carrera 4S Cabriolet. I love driving my Porsche and Matrix ensured it is a great ride! Top Audi shop in the Pacific NW - hands down!! I purchased a very experienced Audi S4 (B6) a few years back and Matrix Integrated has been there to help me through the post-warranty years. No other shop for my Audi. Thanks Jeremy and Bryan!

Recently relocated to Portland and am happy to find Marix. Brought the S4(B5) in to adjust headlights, repair an auxiliary coolant pump and winshield washer leak. Marix identified the problem correctly, got the parts ordered and let me keep my car with them while I was on a business trip. I returned to find they fixed everything correctly and even cleaned out the drivers side nozzle which they noticed while checking the washers. When an unexpected issue on my Mini Cooper S occurred on my way to work, I was able to limp into the Matrix repair shop. Last time I had this type of issue, it took the dealer 3 days to resolve. Matrix was able to diagnose the problem, get it into the shop, order the part and get it fixed (along with an additional maintenance item) within 24 hours. So glad they are located close to where I work. Really appreciate the service and excellent work.

Simply the best Audi service center and tuner in the NorthWest. They have been there for myself and a lot of my friends when that own Audi Porsche and VW vehicles. I will never go anywhere else.
