Unbelievably poor service for a $4000+Matrix E30 for home use. The "Problem" was diagnosed by the Johnson service rep & am still waiting going on 3 months for a service call. The latest is Johnson is still emptying the container where supposedly the "part" is to fix the issue. I would never buy from this company again.

High quality and a very nice and big family
First l, we have Matrix and it doesn't seem to hold up like it should in a lot of ways, however your company makes wonderful treadmills. on other equipment though, we've had several problems with welds breaking and cables breaking. we have a machine down now all because we are waiting on matrix to redesign the cables for it. oh, 1 more complaint - matrix uses an M12 x 1.75 bolt that goes in the top of the weight stack (good luck finding it) Most gym companies use 1/2 x 13 I think which you can find all over.
