I purchased a cargo van from them last month. My van actually had some mechanical problems immediately after buying the vehicle. Knowing that they had given me a 60 day warranty (based on the mileage of the vehicle) I called Steve up about what they could do. Without any hassle they told me to take it to a Ford dealership and have it inspected. The problem was diagnosed and Matrix wrote me a check the following day to pay for the repairs.
