MX2 was a gift from Son-in-Law. Marvellous bit of technology. Recently the "radio" portion of the device failed. It will not see wifi sources or connect with manually installed hot spots. Called Matricom and could get no answer. Submitted 3 email requests and haven't even gotten an automated receipt. Their customer service phone number only connects to an automated attendant who directs you to the unresponsive email. Great streaming devices from a local startup in the orlando area. They make a solid product.
Matricom has been very good to me , excellent customer service that goes along with excellent products. I am in love with the GBox mx2 and also my Gtab Quantum 10# tablet . Haven't watch cable tv in over a year i stick with my GBox .
