The first time I called I get sent to voicemail, they texted me and I called again asking who it was because obviously I didn’t memorize the number. The person who answered the phone was loud and rude saying she got a call from my number and I said i wasn’t sure who was speaking and they hung up in my face then texted me back afterwards and I told them I was no longer interested in receiving any services due to the rude customer service.

I like the how she Braid my hair. She's is very Fast! My Braids stay lasting a long while. Matou is very nice and reasonable prices. I will always go to her as long as I can.

Stylist were very unprofessional, and did not do my hair as I requested. When I informed them of my request at the very beginning they got mad and still didn’t execute the style. Be prepared to spend your entire day in the shop, they are very slow and unprofessional.
