Poor bedside manner, did not actively listen, caused increased anxiety by how curtly he responded if responses to his questions during the cognitive assessment were incorrect. Took a month and multiple phone calls to Dr. Matoole's office to get a referral for services he ordered and said we had to set up ourselves but could not because a referral was required. All of this further delayed getting the help needed that we went to him for in the first place.

Dr. Matoole took me from 18 migraine days a month to ZERO. He's a godsend.

My symptoms were body quakes violent spasms in my torso in both arms. I also had Tremors in both hands and stumbling and falling. His in office tests showed some neurological problems so he sent me to be tested. The results of that test were that I had carpal tunnel. And the kicker is I've never had any pain in my wrist.

I don't trust anything he says. He has no idea what he is doing. He will tell you something, then deny it, then say it again. He double talks. He prescribes medicine for things he suspicions and cannot confirm. Doesn't review previous diagnosis, runs duplicate tests for something that has already been diagnosed and confirmed because he doesn't review the patient's medical history beforehand. Pathetic. Go somewhere else!!!!!

I personally made an appt for my 88 yr. old father on Sept. 30th. He is wheelchair bound and it is not an easy task to get him to these appointments. After getting there I was told his appointment wasn't until Nov. 3rd. I know when I made the spot and it wasnt Nov 3rd. Staff was not helpful at all. We will not recommend this unprofessional Doctor or his inept staff.
