They were extremely courteous and the customer service is by far the best I’ve seen Garry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable I brought my wife’s vehicle there for tires and a front end alignment the tires they recommend were priced well and ride better than the priced tire I had on it again these folks really treat you like family printed out the before and after on the alignment I’m bringing my truck in tomorrow I will continue to drive from Seymour to Farragut for this quality of service!
Took care of my oil change n tire rotation in a timely manner. Behaved very professionally. Had a nice place to wait.
I purchased a set of tires from gary dugger at matlocks. I had road hazard incident wbere i ruined a tire. I left car there in night with note. He called me at 7 a.m next morning. We agreed i had damaged tire beyond repair. When i got there at 8 am. He had me ready to go. I stopped in yest out of blue. Needed several service issues. Expected to get an appointment in next day or so. Instead he took auto back. Took care of all service in an hour. These are just good people that care about you. A quality you rarely see anymore.
They took care of my brakes and rotors all the way around. I have smooth brakes now and safe a car to ride in. Thanks Matlock.
