The best of the best!
I had been having issues with the Kingston Pike location since November 2025 after I had been using them for several years. I called this location and spoke with the manager, Bo. He heard all my complaints and said he would help me out and honor what was already done and paid for at the Kingston Pike location. He personally worked on and troubleshooted my car and had it fixed in an hour, at no charge! The management here is exceptional, I wont be using any other location.
I’ve been going to Matlock for 6 years now for my maintenance and tires. They are trustworthy , efficient , and friendly. They have a very comfortable waiting area with WiFi where you can work while you wait. Highly recommend!
I had an issue with my Explorer’s front end coming out of alignment after work was done. Matlock Tire in Hardin Valley took care of it immediately. They went above and beyond by giving me free tires and an alignment to make things right. I really appreciate them standing behind their work and taking care of their customer. Great service!
