These guys are completely honest with you. I went in to get an alignment because the front driver-side tire was half bald, and I thought the alignment was off. However, they checked everything and told me I actually didn’t need an alignment at all. They explained that the wear was caused by using 4WD during the winter, and it turns out they were right. I had a wiring issue that caused my headlights not to work. I made an appt online, was able to quickly drop it off and head to work and they had it completed by my lunch break. The experience was stress free

Hardin Valley Matlock Tires has been servicing our cars for at least 5 years and they are good at customer service, scheduling repairs and follow through. My AC unit had a couple of issues post repair and they were nice about just apologizing and taking the car in, looking it over and replacing a faulty compressor under warranty. Customer service is top notch.
