We have come here several times and have had an excellent experience every time. From reception to the doctor, each step is friendly, helpful and efficient.
Fantastic doctor and team
I've been to this clinic over 5 times now and every visit has been a really good experience. The staff here are consistently kind and helpful, and I love that they give you a reminder call before your appointment — super thoughtful. They also have a dermatologist who comes in every Sunday. She's awesome! Super friendly and really cares about her patients. I always feel well taken care of here. Definitely one of the better walk-in clinics I've been to.
I’ve been coming to Matlis Medical since it opened and have always appreciated the care from doctors like Dr. Matlis and Dr. Franklin, who never hesitated to address more than one concern during a visit, despite its long wait times which are expected when visiting a walk-in clinic. That changed with my recent appointment with Dr. Arash Vaez-Zadeh. I came in with two simple issues, neither of which would have taken long to address. Dr. Koldorf is really wonderful! He’s the reason I keep going back to this clinic. He’s patient and takes the time to listen and advise on next steps, and has demonstrated a genuine concern for his patients. The receptionist is also a pleasure to deal with and is always very helpful. Thank you! 🙏🏼
