Horrible office. They let patients go days between med refills and you leave a voicemail and they do not return calls. Please seek medical care elsewhere. Mental health meds should not be skipped.
Dr Matip is fantastic! Caring and compassionate. She is super thorough, asked questions to advance conversations and get appropriate diagnosis. She took the time to understand. Would highly recommend!!
Finding the right advisor, someone who can read you and connect with you it’s not an easy task. It takes time and as a person who is not used to therapy as a form of professional help in state of distress as a child I didn’t find therapy useful until I met Dr. Mario. She quickly recognized I am in the person who needs help to focus on the steps and the plan towards the desirable outcome. She is direct, honest and professional.
