My experience at Matilda Motor Inn in Dubbo was honestly terrible. The staff were extremely impatient and rude from the moment we arrived. They started screaming at us for being “late”, even though they never gave us a specific arrival time in the first place. We were driving all the way from Sydney, which is a long trip, and obviously we needed to stop for food and toilet breaks. I highly recommend this business as their customer service is second to none and is consistently outstanding exceeding my expectations every time I stay here. I am always completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The room I was in was newly painted and the carpet old but clean. They are in the process of renovating their rooms a few at a time. With clean rooms you are guaranteed to enjoy your stay here. Great on the budget too as it’s very reasonably priced. Definitely going to stay here again.
