Horrible with communication and follow-through. Called several weeks ago and had a day set for them to come out and give an estimate on some work I needed done. Gave them my address and they said they'd be out that day to take a look. Got a text at 9:30 that night apologizing that they got busy and couldn't make it. Said they could come out the next day so I said that would be fine. They came that Saturday, showed them what I needed done and said they'd get back to me with an estimate.
