Bad customer service, bad customer experience. Booked an appt for 11:30 AM, showed up in time, door locked, not answering the phone.
My daughter Natalia (10 years old) has been going to mathnasium for over a year and half now and she’s been getting the best help she needs! I’ve definitely seen a ton of progress, she was super far behind. After each section she does I do get updated and I LOVE that and definitely appreciate all the work my daughter has been given. Also my son who’s 5 would go to their game hours and he loves it here! They definitely make it fun. Mathnasium is definitely worth every penny!
