We are going on our 3rd year of mathnasium (with some breaks). My daughter was so far behind in 3rd grade, and we didn't realize it. She has consistently advanced in math and has gained confidence. It's been a game changer. Highly recommend.
My kids generally HATE math and therefore were not doing well in this subject. Since signing up with Mathnassium in Silver Lake, they willingly go to their class 3 times a week and are doing very well now. Maya and her team are great communicators and great with the kids.
Even though my daughter was in 10th grade and the "vibe" at Mathnasium is geared to welcome younger students, she still felt comfortable there, and grateful for the support. I liked that you didn't have to schedule sessions, yet there was never a problem dropping in and getting to work. Lucie didn't mind going and it boosted her confidence. Wonderful, positive organization.
