Saw a Mathis Real Estate for sale sign on property south of Monrovia, Indiana on Hwy 39 and looked on their website for their properties. Was not able to access from my phone or laptop, so then I called the number off the sign after verifying it on their website and was given the option of taking down the phone numbers of multiple people to call for assistance. There was not a contact name on the sign located on the property so I gave up.

I was not impressed. They did bring the buyer that eventually purchased my house, but when they showed the house they left lights on and did not make sure things were the same as when they entered the house. They flushed the toilet and the chain got stuck so the water ran for 12 days. When I mentioned it to Jan she said it was not her responsibility but offered to pay half my bill. I told her and have the records to prove my bill was never over the minimum so $29 bucks. This bill was 149 and she said she would pay half but h... read more
