Dr Pappas is the most caring, gentle doctor. I came to him with a black spot in my eye's corner and he said it was a clump of eyelashes. He removed them. They came out as a group, thank goodness. He was so caring towards nervous me. Highly recommended eye dr.
Everyone was nice and the wait wasn't long. Dr. Shade was very perfectional.
My family have been visiting Dr. Mathis for several years and he is excellent. Kind, patient, explaining options and answers questions. Have never felt rushed or not valued as patient.
I have seen many eye doctors in Hot Springs through the years and none have been nearly as accurate as Dr Newton. He is patient and professional every time and cares if you have the correct prescription. 5+ stars!
Great doc and staff. My expectations were to get in/out without much personal attention, but I was impressed/surprised by the professional and thorough experience. I had a better exam here than I did at my last exam at an ophthalmologists office. I’ve found my new eye guy.
