Impressed Customer I enjoyed the professional service and there are many choices. Overall I was very impressed with the Mathis Brothers experience.
Helpful sales person Problem with original purchase. The original sofaâs fabric would have areas of faded spots after your sat there for a while and could not be brushed out. We decided to return the sofas (2). While at your store, we met with our sales person. He helped us with the return and picking out other fabric for the same style sofa. We are now very pleased with theis new fabric. With the help of our sales person, we were able to keep the same style sofa with new and different fabric, he was very helpful.

Sensitive Staff Michael Morting was great in helping us and with following us up. Such a customer-sensitive staff indeed!
Nice and Friendly The only reason I did not score my sales associate outstanding, was that he had to keep looking for the sofa I had originally come in to see...and he was helping another customer with a sale. Other than that, he was very nice. The delivery man was very fast and efficient...and, he was right on time! Nice, friendly personality.
