Top notch operation. Store Manager, Jeff is highly responsive. Expedited warranty work on a mattress. Arranged for a skilled craftsman to complete the repair.
Such a beautiful showroom & the sweetest designers. Ella was informative of products on the floor and different options as well as timelines for design. I'm sure they are all lovely and worth stopping by.
I worked with Chris Taillard at Mathews to reupholster an antique sofa and the dining room chairs that I'd bought at Mathews 20 years ago. First, the dining room chairs are such high quality that they've stayed lovely for 20 years, they just needed a little renewal. The sofa needed serious work as it is a family antique.
