I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this agency. My agent is rarely in the office and it seems like he never answers the phone, even during his listed business hours. The lack of communication became a major issue when I bought a new car. I needed a binder to get the car released, but I couldn’t get ahold of him at all. Every time I have tried to call no one answers the phone, and they never seem to be available. Not at all reliable.
Never answers the phone or return messages and just unreliable to get ahold of, even with stopping in person. Going to have to switch offices soon at this rate
It seems like whenever we need to get ahold of him…he’s never available and there have been times where they take forever to call back…overall just not impressed and have been with this agent for several years but that will soon change
