Ended up using this company recommended by a friend for a secondary valuation for my Dad. I would recommend them to others. They provided a more reasonable valuation than the first company my Dad used which we were extremely pleased about. Beware of this "firm" - avoid at all costs. Completely misleading valuation. They do not use comparable sales accurately and appear to manipulate data to suit their outcome and interests. Their close ties to government bodies make it hard to believe they act independently or in the best interests of property owners. In my experience, this firm cannot be trusted to provide fair or transparent valuations. Completely Useless – Avoid. This valuer is incompetent and careless. They use irrelevant comparisons and ignore key land factors. Consistently inaccurate and unfair. Don’t waste your time or money.
