A late review. We came to get school shoes for my daughter in late January '26. They provided such an exceptional customer service. We actually went to other shops afterwards to check out other products and brands but came back to Mathers because of Bella's product knowledge and genuine care in providing the best shoe buying experience. She was very diligent with measuring the right shoe fitting and gave us some valuable advice, never once was she impatient and made us feel like we're wasting her time. I need I need an exceptionally small fitting and a male shoe, which is a six. Because the fitting of shoes seems to be bigger. I was able to get the sandals I needed at the Mathers twin store Williams.
We found Freya a true gem, she helped us to find the right pair of school shoes for my son. She was patient and even gave us some helpful tips about tying shoes laces certain ways
