Good evening. I would like to speak with someone from Mather's electric regarding my Moms Generac Power systems generator. The system has been in poor repair since September of 2016 and your technician has been out multiple times to UNSUCCESSFULLY repair the unit. Most recently causing the system to interrupt power to my mom's house. Your service tech so far has been less than stellar. Please reply here to resolve the issue.
