Sadly, a very poor experience. Particularly disappointing as we were recommended to talk to this brokerage by very good friends, we will be informing them of our poor experience. Minimal effort was put in to understand our circumstances. We filled in all the details requested for the fact find and had to chase a number of times to even get a response. Never received my cash back. Owner is not transparent.
The team at Mates Rates mortgage brokers really made the refinancing of our house really simple! I had read online that refinancing could take upwards of 3 months and ours took just under 1! The professionalism of this company shows that they know what they’re doing and know how to work best for their clientele. Would definitely recommend anyone looking at buying/refinancing to get in contact with mates rates.
These guys are fantastic. We came to them very last minute and they worked tirelessly to secure us lending. Rob, our broker was fantastic. Bridget and the rest of the team supported us through settlement and were always available for us around the clock if we had questions. Not at one point did I feel as though the team were only interested in a “sale” or benefiting themselves, they were honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend Mates Rates for anyone looking for lending, especially with the DOHAS products.
