I was transferring from wellstar to Northside and waited 3 weeks for them to get my records and tell me they cannot accept me as a new patient because the amount of patients they have the week of my due date. I have never heard of an office turning someone away for those reasons. Mariyah was very careless and non chalant and I feel they rejected me because I had to keep calling to see why it was taking so long. Or not recommend this practice Dr. Clay rejected me as a transfer patient without even fully looking at my records and said that the other doctors would reject me too Seems like a lazy doctors office I would not recommend them.

I was supposed to transfer to this ob gyn , they told me to have my old ob gyn ti transfer over my files. My files were transferred and this place has still not reached out to schedule an appointment, I’m almost 15 weeks pregnant and I’ve been calling in for the past two days at different time and no one answers the appointment line, this is very frustrating and I’m going to have to find another ob gyn

I had my first son here he is now 6 it was AMAZING! Dr. Purdie and Dr. Rush were excellent and the nursing staff. Then my second son is 2 so I came back and it was nothing less than amazing again! They know me here and treat you like family! NOW ITS OWNED BY SOMEONE ELSE and I have had the worst experience ever!!! THE WORST! They made a mistake on my appointment so now I have to wait 12 weeks to be seen, when I made my appointment at 2 weeks because I unexpectedly found out by blood test in hospital.
