Dr Purdie is still wonderful, but when the practice was sold Northside stripped everything and haven’t bothered to buy any furniture or paint. It is clear they are trying to use AI instead of paying staff because you are required to keep giving them the same information “for every visit” no matter how frequent (it used to just be in January). The office staff making appointments were very rude and hung up on me. I have been going to this office for decades when Dr. Gross was there. I have never experienced such rude office staff answering the phone. Very disappointing!
I’m confused as to why I was told by an office staff member I could make an appt w Alpharetta location, left message 3 days in a row. No call back! Still no communication update. Then was told SS location was to open the 12th. Then told the 14th. Sooo I was leaving a confidential message to what answering service??? With private information…HIPPA violation much? I absolutely love Dr. Ivan Diamond! Not only did he save my life by removing a large ovarian cyst years ago, he is the only gyno I have never dread getting my yearly pap-smear. He’s done before you even know it, has an excellent bedside manner, and I highly recommend him for anyone that’s had any past negative experiences with male (or female for that matter). Staff did not send a simple order for a mammogram after I made an online portal request and followed up with a phone call. Three days after someone reluctantly said they would fax the order I showed up to my mammogram appointment and they had not received it.
