They refused to refund me my overpaid copays, even though my insurance contacted them telling them I over paid. They would not refund me for months until after my care was completed!! I went with all my children they are by far the best and so nice every one in the cape office is amazing
When I go out there and I am face to face it seems like everything is great, the a few days later I find out through an e-mail that I have problems that were not discussed with me. It's always nice when an e-mail from your doctor's office tells you your extremely fat (obese)!!!! Now they add after telling me to my face that everything looks great/ healthy that obesity is complicating my pregnancy through an e-mail!!!!
