RecommendedI had cancer and was admitted there. They took excellent care of me and allowed my grown children to come to help out. I would recommend Asante Three Rivers to anyone needing good professional care.
I am so impressed with the staff at Asante Urgent Care in White City. They are always caring, and fairly prompt to get you in to be seen by a physician, even when their waiting room is full. I love that they are open daily with long open hrs. So much easier to be seen there then the ER or sometimes your own doctors office.
I could not say I don’t recommend as the medical professionals have been exceptional. However, the first impression from screeners and valet make you think twice about going any further. I will be sending my letter of complaint as it is full of concerns regarding initial infection control issues, and uncompassionate employees/first impressions. I was extremely disappointed at what I witnessed today.

Very unimpressed with the care I received, went in for a referral for medical imaging. I had a limited time window because of the severity of damage to my ankle and was unable to pursue the next step in therapy/surgical intervention without an MRI. Asante has made the referral process a very unnecessarily complicated ordeal for me. I’ve had to call multiple times over several to between both the medical imagining facility and Asante to ensure my referral was actually being sent and actually being handle appropriately. I have a rare neurological disease and the majority of the staff there treat me like a drug seeker and liar instead of doing a little research. They call me a faker. One of them wouldn't come in the room to treat me because she "doesn't do the fake crying". That same Dr, on a different occasion, forced me to take a medication on my allergy list in order to get any pain relief. They ask me what works and then doesn't give any of it.
