This review is for Dr. Matthews and Dr. Liu: Overall I had the worst experience of my life at this office in the care of these two doctors. At my 20 week ultrasound I was asked to come back in four weeks due to my babies brain ventricles being enlarged. At my 24 weeks appointment I was told by Dr. Matthews that my baby had partial or complete Agenesis of the corpus callosum and that we needed an MRI done to confirm if it was partial or complete. I truly enjoyed my experience with this office. I came in monthly from 8 weeks until the week before I delivered. The front desk staff were nice. The nurse was very nice and accommodating. There were times I called her because I was having high blood pressure or headaches and my trash OB office downstairs from them wouldn’t answer or call back. My fiance and I had a terrible experience at this place. The sonographer Lesli Wagner was extremely rude, and everytime we asked questions/or we showed how excited we were, she would immediately give us attitude or be very cold. It was a terrible experience. If I could give your office advice, it would be to hire technologists who have empathy. This is a high risk OBGYN, and when you’re worried and scared about your baby, that’s the last person you want to have as your provider. Our baby unfortunately passed away 5 weeks lat... read more
Do not recommend. I was sent here for a very small reason by my NP, to which my OBGYN said was unnecessary 2 weeks later. The doctor had zero bedside manners. Was told I "might miscarry." The front door was also locked for almost 10 minutes for my appointment. Then, I was charged almost $1000 for the time of my appointment, of which the door was locked for half of us.
