DR. B and his staff are the best. He delivered both my children and the care I had was top notch. I see comments about wait times, I myself had to stay for longer appointments during my pregnancy's for further medical evaluation. So I don't complain about that because I understand that sometimes someone needs some extra time during their appointments.

Had an appointment in Novemeber and waited almost 2 hours to speak to the doctor. He forgot to order the labs and when I called the office it took almost a month to get someone to answer the phone to reorder labs, which weren't even all the ones we discussed. Now I can't even pay my bill because no one answers the phone. There's not even an option to leave a voicemail. I've called almost every week since January and it keeps saying the office is closed. I cannot say enough on how grateful I am to have been referred to Dr. Balaskas. My baby was high risk due to a severe diagnosis. Everyone in the office was so nice and was very caring. It is a little old school as far as how business is ran, but it never hindered on my care or communication to other providers. If anything, this office works faster than the offices that have upgraded systems. Yes the waiting is long, but for a very good reason. I would like to start off by saying I do not recommend going to Dr. Balaskas. I recently had a friend who was referred to him who was a first time parent. Thinking they were doing everything to protect their child, everytime they went in. There was always another problem & another test he wanted to run on the baby. There entire pregnancy was anxiety ridden because of this doctor and the tests. When they tryed to cancel appointments or did not want to run a test the doctor would be upset.
