been waiting for our 8 am appt for over an hour. shrugged to side as if trash by front desk workers. worst hospital and office I have ever experienced. sad that they treat pregnant woman and families like this
I'm a current patient of this facility and I have an appointment on Oct 31st. Last time my husband and I were there on the 18th of October he had the Kell antigen blood test done and he got his results today Friday Oct 25th which showed that he was negative. Now we were told at the very beginning of this month and also on the 18th that if it was negative I wouldn't have to continue these every 2 week visits. The people that schedule are rude af! They scheduled my appt for me and didn’t even ask what my availability was and with no instructions other than look in mychart. Finding the office once at the hospital was very difficult. I had to ask multiple people where to go. It was a lot of walking thru the parking garage, sky walk and multiple elevators. The office is FREEZING! The ladies at the front weren’t very warming. The ultrasound tech Sarah was AMAZING! The dr was very nice and informative.
I was referred to this facility by my OBGYN due to my anti body blood test came back positive for anti big K. I missed a phone call from them and when I called back they had made my appointments for me and they said that my first visit would be virtually with midwife Anthony and the next would be my ultrasound. When I expressed that I didn't feel comfortable with a male midwife I was told that he was the only one so I cancelled both of my appointments and said that I will go elsewhere. I had such a great experience from the front desk, to the nurse, to my ultrasound tech and the doctor! I am very thankful for my experience. Everyone was very nice and thorough!
