Staff are nice but i waited over 40min to be seen by the doc, not sure why i had an appointment if i was gona wait so long. I also had to fill in a form, a duplicate of the electronic version i did the day before. TLDR, staff are nice but they are unorganized.
Waited for more than 40 minutes for a scheduled appointment, only to be told that the doctor hadn’t arrived yet. That was quite frustrating, especially with a young child. The receptionist was friendly and clearly doing her best, but she seemed overwhelmed handling both calls and front desk alone. It would really help if there was better communication or earlier notice when there are delays.
Bad experience, long waiting time.
