Waited for more than 40 minutes for a scheduled appointment, only to be told that the doctor hadn’t arrived yet. That was quite frustrating, especially with a young child. The receptionist was friendly and clearly doing her best, but she seemed overwhelmed handling both calls and front desk alone. It would really help if there was better communication or earlier notice when there are delays.
Bad experience, long waiting time.
I had a really disappointing experience at this clinic. I don’t have Medicare, so I always make it clear that I can only afford basic consultations and need to be informed of any additional costs upfront. I attended this clinic in an emergency as it was nearby. The doctor was over an hour late with no apology or update. I was charged $160 for the consult, and then an additional $130 for urine tests that I was not informed about beforehand and did not explicitly request. Long wait times and no apology, they charge full consultation fee for a script refill over the phone. Seen a few different doctors here and they were not friendly, felt like I was just another payment to them..
Doctor Carl Loveridge took the time to explain the requirements of passing the medical assessment for an over 75's driving assessment. The doctor was polite and very caring that you were comfortable in answering the questions even though you were actually stressing. Would recommend him highly.
