I've been going here for the last 2 months due to my knee injury. Dr Olga has been excellent, shows empathy, answered all my questions and concerns. Sophie at the reception always welcoming and friendly. Sometimes it's busy and there's a bit of a delay, but they try to advise the wait time when you arrive. They're busy helping people, so it's understandable. Thank you for the excellent care
Great doctors. However, the medical centre is called a “family” medical practice - but no parent room / any change tables for changing baby which makes for a difficult experience when there are longer wait times.
Staff are nice but i waited over 40min to be seen by the doc, not sure why i had an appointment if i was gona wait so long. I also had to fill in a form, a duplicate of the electronic version i did the day before. TLDR, staff are nice but they are unorganized.
