I called as a new customer on Saturday, July 21st and Santiago was here Sunday, July 22nd. We are so thankful! He was very friendly and professional. He arrived just before the appointment time and got right to work. Even though the unit is 19 years old, he assured us that it was in good shape now and that a new unit was not needed at this time. Thank you Matco Services!!!

We had a technician from the home warranty company come do a repair. His repair was very questionable AC unit was not working an hour after he left. We called Marco and they came out in a hurry and told us the issue was from the old technician from the home warranty company. He didn’t hook up a wire and could have messed up the entire system. Matco’s technician resolved the issue and was very professional, prompt and trustworthy. I will definitely use them again.

From the minute we contacted Matco, everyone has been prompt, professional, and polite. Denny did a great job explaining our options, and our installation team was great. They installed 3 new units at once, which took a lot of preparation, and everything went smoothly. I will gladly recommend to anyone needing a new AC company!
