Our AC went out on 9/7 and after a rough day and lack of sleep night, we reported it at 5:30 A.M. on 9/8. After 2 days of calling the contractor of when they might repair the AC, we were told to be patient that due to Hurricane Irma, things are a little chaotic and we will not have AC until after the hurricane passes.
