Customer Service is TERRIBLE. You will be hearing from me tomorrow. How rude is it to take a picture in someone's HOUSE (without permission) and then post it on social media? Not only posting a picture but then saying my house is DISGUSTING? What kind of company allows that. I am disgusted.

We couldn't be happier with our new gas fireplace! The two young men who installed it were pleasant, knew exactly what they were doing, always cleaning up as they worked and then answered all our questios on how to use it.
