Awful customer service and fireplace brand new last year already doesn’t work. They came out to fix and and didn’t have the right parts again. So disappointed and spent so much money on this. Will never recommend to anyone
Darn it, the fireplace isn’t working again. The fireplace is the first renovation we did in the house. We love having a fireplace. But we have had issues. And I’m wondering if anyone else has had problems. It’s remote start, which make things so convenient, but when nothing happens with that button pressed, it’s frustrating. repair stoves when promised
I had an insert put in my fireplace and within a year and a half it was burnt to a crisp .I called them and they couldn’t do anything about it, I called the manufacturer and they couldn’t do anything about it. I even have quite a few pictures I had taken where the insides were all burnt. Very very unhappy at this point!
Respond to calls and emails
Rep that came out to measure for a wood stove turned on me and became very rude. Told me he would never have wasted his time to come out if he wasn't going to get s signed deal.VERY RUDE. Proceeded to banter with me and would not listen to reason. Buyer Beware, my experience was very unprofessional with this man.
With so many decisions to make regarding our purchase, it was wonderful to have such great professional guidance from nice folks. We were taken step by step through all the options with a detailed printout at the end. We were told everything we needed to know about the installation including timeline, delivery expectations and everything in between. Isaiah was patient in answering our many questions in attempting to get the exact set up we wanted.
