I would like to post an outstanding service comment for the Matchbox on Rockville Pike, Rockville Maryland. At the last minute all my plans for a birthday party for my best friends ended in disaster. I called Matchbox the day before the event, spoke to General Manager Carlos who promptly took care of my issue by providing a special room with two excellent wait staff Rosa and Maria. I have a serious complaint and concern I was offered a postion with matchbox by a manger at the china town location whose name was jevon. I was given what i would be paid and given a orientation date. Upon my intial orientation i was told by another manager to comback the following monday my intial orientation was for thursday.
